Quand ils nous parlent de la crise économique,
ils oublient de nous dire que la crise n'est pas arrivée subit.
La crise a toujours existé et s'aggravera chaque fois que les masses populaires prendront de plus en plus conscience de leurs droits face à l'exploiteur.
Il y a crise aujourd'hui, parce que les masses refusent que la richesse se concentre entre les mains de quelques individus.
Il y a crise parce que quelques individus déposent dans des banques à l'étranger des sommes colossales qui suffiraient à développer l'Afrique.
Un pauvre, quand il vole, ne commet qu'un petit péché juste pour survivre, par nécessité.
Les riches, les riches sont ceux qui volent le fisc, les douanes, et qui exploitent le peuple.
Je voudrais que notre conférence adopte la nécessité de dire clairement que nous ne pouvons pas payer la dette.
Non pas dans un esprit belliqueux, belliciste.
C'est si pour éviter que nous soyons individuellement assassinés.
Si le Burkina Faso refuse seul de payer sa dette,
je ne serai pas présent à la prochaine conférence.


ENGLISH TRANSLATE

When they talk about the economic crisis,
they forget to tell us that the crisis did not come suddenly.
The crisis has always existed and will worsen every time the popular masses become more and more conscious of their rights against the exploiter.
There is a crisis today because the masses refuse to allow wealth to be concentrated in the hands of a few individuals.
There is a crisis because a few individuals are depositing in foreign banks huge sums of money that would be enough to develop Africa.
A poor person, when he steals, is only committing a small sin just to survive, out of necessity.
The rich, the rich are the ones who steal from the tax authorities, from customs, and who exploit the people.
I would like our conference to adopt the need to say clearly that we cannot pay the debt.
Not in a bellicose, warmongering spirit.
It is to prevent us from being individually murdered.
If Burkina Faso alone refuses to pay its debt,
I will not be present at the next conference.
